Yes. All our product pricing includes professional support from our UK based team. You can call or email any issues.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No, we do not believe in long contracts, we simply provide a monthly service and trust in our prodcuct and support to ensure you stay. If you ever wanted to leave for any reason, simply give us 30 days notice.
How am I billed?
We ask for a Direct Debit when signing up and payments are taken monthly in advance.
